Overview
N1 Cricket Academy was started in the year 2017-18 and its been a successful journey for the last
3 years. We are young and enthusiastic bunch of cricketers who want to produce excellent
talented young cricketers to the state and the country. N1 Cricket Academy has matting, astro turf
and mud wickets and very shortly coming up with turf practice pitches along with bowling machine
facilities. We have excellent coaching staff which is the primary factor for an academy to run
successfully.
N1 Academy has been associated with KSCA group 1 and 2 cricket clubs to provide right opportunity for the players.
We also have a senior category team who has achieved a lot in last 3 years by winning nearly 20+ trophies and
still going on strongly with lot of state and national level players association with the team. We also have our own cricket ground
for practice matches and also open net practice with cement matting wicket. N1 Cricket Academy has all the basic amenities for
which a young cricketer needs to excel in the field of cricket.

- Provide basic Infrastructure and excellent coaching facility to improve the player physically and
mentally with the best available resources with the support of senior players and mentors
(Ranaji players and experienced cricketers)
- To make the kids educate theoretically and practically and make the understand the exact
meaning of the sport and sportsman spirit and help in setting goals for themselves and teach
them to improve their problem facing abilities in the sport.
- To provide a platform for youngsters to blossom and bring out the best of them and achieve
greater heights in cricket and make our state and country proud.
- To encourage youngsters, participate in sports for their enjoyment and development of
physical, mental and social skills. To teach life skills using sports whilst empowering them and
developing them to become future leaders.
Founder
Sunil Kumar B.R
Professional cricketer for more than 10 years representing multiple zones and has the vision of providing cricket facilities for a
young budding cricketer of the city and the state. He has dedicated his complete time on bringing up the academy to the next level of coaching and providing latest techniques for working hard every day to make it a better place for cricket.
Coaches
1) Santosh
Started in 1997, it’s been 23 years of cricketing career and been serving in the field of cricket sincerely.
Achievements:
- Playing regularly for Malleshwaram Mavericks an open club
- Started playing for 4th division Southern Cricketers lead for 15years with playing for Goa premier League for 3years and
moved for Select cricketer’s 3rd division one season later lead and initiated our Seshadripuram degree college cricket Club 5th
division for 5years. - Last year lead for Star cricketers in 5th division.
- Apart from cricket a ITF and USPTR certified tennis coach from past 12 years of his tennis career.
- Has conducted lots of cricket tennis and Padel tournaments.
- A very much enthusiasm physical activity and fitness freak person to lead the organisation to the higher level.
2) Ratan Tosh.A.S
- Student of Vijaya college
- Serving for cricket from past 15 years.
- Started cricket in 2005 beginning at Railways.
- Played first league matches in Vth division for one year and moved to 3rd division for 2years
and next year got promoted to Sir Syed cricket club 2nd division and moved to Bangalore cricket club for around 5years
- At the age of 16 Played under 19 zonals for Herons cricket club and was the highest run getter.
- Played 7 years for zonals and two year University.
3) Manoj
– Started in 2015, it’s been 5 years of cricketing career and been serving in the field of cricket sincerely.
Achievements:
- Playing regularly for Phoenix cricket club Tumkur 1st division, N1 and red scorpions, an open club.
- Played U-23 zones.
- A very much enthusiasm physical activity and fitness freak person to lead the organisation to the higher level.
- Played state level table tennis and winners in VTU Intercollegiate zonal 2018-19.
4) Chirag
– A mechanical engineer and also passionate about cricket.
– Role is an all-rounder, right arm medium fast bowler and a middle order batsman. – During his college days he has participated
in cricket tournaments conducted by Visvesvaraya technological University belguam and then started playing ksca 3rd
division league (Shimoga zone) for cricketers association of Hassan
– Currently playing 1st division league for the same club. In Bangalore he is also playing ksca 4th division league for national
United CC and also representing N1 cricket academy in corporate tournaments.
5) Sachin Kumar
- He is an experienced coach who has opted coaching as his career since 2017 as he is young and enthusiastic.
- He is still 21 to do this job but he has special quality to handle the kids very well.
- He has played Bangalore zonal and played for Shivamogga zone in first division.
and capabilities to bring up the small kids from the basics to higher level.
- Played state level table tennis and winners in VTU Intercollegiate zonal 2018-19
