Top 100 State ranking Players/National Players not allowed.
30 Points Knockout Basis
Finals will be best of 3 sets 21 points
Mavis 350 plastic shuttlecocks are used
Organizer/Umpire Decision is Final
Participants should report to the Organizing Committee by 10:00 AM
