Solo Day aim of organizing this Free Trial Sessions for below Sports is to promote the sports services especially After School Activity. Both the parents as well as their kids will get benefits such as:

(3) Build self-esteem
(4) Promote strong bones mass, reducing risk of osteoporosis as an adult
(5) Teach self-discipline and goal-setting.
