Overview
KhelIndia along with Agon sports brings to you Michael Phelps Trophy, an Inter Corporate Swimming Championship for all age groups.
Pricing
50 meter – Freestyle – 400 INR
50 meter – Backstroke – 400 INR
50 meter – Butterfly – 400 INR
50 meter – Breaststroke – 400 INR
100 meter – Freestyle – 600 INR
100 meter – Backstroke – 600 INR
100 meter – Butterfly – 600 INR
100 meter – Breaststroke – 600 INR
Rules
Each player will get to swim from one end to another end in 3 attempts. The best time out of the 3 attempts will be considered for calculating the winners of the first round.
Top 5 players from the first round will go to the 2nd round to decide the top 3 winners of the specific category.
There will be 1 referee per participant to check the foul and the time using stop watch.
The participants should start swimming only once the referee blows the whistle. Any violation is considered as a foul.
If the participant fouls all the 3 attempts then the participant will be dis-qualified.
All the participants should be in proper swimming attire with proper swim wear, googles and cap.
All the standard swimming rules apply. Example: take shower before entering the pool etc.
Prizes
Top 3 Winners in all 8 categories will receive Trophies and Goodies.
The Overall Winners and Runners Up will be declared on the same day of Tournament.
Note: The organizers have the right to postpone or cancel the tournament/specific category. All schools are requested to co-operate with the organizers. In such a case the registration fee will be refunded.
General Rules
The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules.
1. The participating schools should report by 11:30 AM at the venue.
2. The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the players and officials of both the teams.
3. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages or accidents during the competition.
4. All the Players/Participants and the Teams officials shall abide by all the rules of the organizing committee.
5. An individual can participate in as many categories as desired.
6. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
7. Unruly behaviour, violence, offensive language, smoking on the premises and possession and use of abusive substances such as alcohol will lead to the immediate disqualification.
8. On the spot entries will be accepted, if slots are available.
9. All the players are required to carry their original Corporate ID- Cards with them during the tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.
Additional Information
Life Guard will be available at the swimming pool throughout the event. The event is being conducted at the heated pools @ Agon sports, Hennur.
