KhelIndia along with Agon sports brings to you Michael Phelps Trophy, an Inter School Swimming Championship for kids of all age groups.

Boys Reg. Fee: Rs. 350/- Per entry for 25m & Rs. 400/- Per entry for 50m
Girls Reg. Fee: Rs. 350/- Per entry & Rs. 400/- Per entry for 50m
Rules
1. Each player will get to swim from one end to another end thrice. The best time out of the 3 attempts will be considered for calculating the winners of the first round.
2. Top 5 players from the first round will go to the 2 nd round to decide the top 3 winners of the specific category.
3. There will be 1 referee per participant to check the foul and the time using stop watch.
4. The participants should start swimming only once the referee blows the whistle. Any violation is considered as a foul.
5. If the participant fouls all the 3 attempts then the participant will be dis-qualified.
4. All the participants should be in proper swimming attire with proper swim wear, googles and cap.
5. All the standard swimming rules apply. Example: take shower before entering the pool etc.
Note: Life Guard will be available at the swimming pool throughout the event. The event is being conducted at the heated pools @ Agon sports, Hennur.
General Rules
The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or amend the rules.
1. The participating schools should report by 8:30 AM at the respective venue.
2. The decision of the Referee shall be final and binding on the players and officials of both the teams.
3. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, fractures, damages or accidents during the competition.
4. All the Players/Participants and the Teams officials shall abide by all the rules of the organizing committee.
5. A School can send as many teams/participants for the competition, unless mentioned otherwise.
6. The participants/teams should report to the competition venue minimum 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the event.
7. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
8. Any kind of weapon/s, sharp and objectionable objects and paraphernalia will be confiscated on the spot.
9. Unruly behaviour, violence, offensive language, smoking on the premises and possession and use of abusive substances such as alcohol will lead to the immediate disqualification of the entire contingent of the particular school the offending students are from.
10. All winners/runners teams will receive awards in the form of trophies/medals.
11. The Overall Winners and Runners Up will be declared on the same day of Tournament.
12. Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

14. The protest once decided by Executive Committee will be final and binding and shall not be disputed by any of the parties concerned in any other forum thereafter.
15. Forms will not be accepted without the entre fees. Fees once paid will not be refundable.
16. On the spot entries will be accepted, if slots are available. Entry Form for Boys and Girls should be filled in separately.
17. Depending on the number of entries, kindly fill up separate forms as needed.
18. All the players are required to carry their original school ID- Cards with them during the tournament at the respective venues. Players should produce their ID cards at the venue as and when asked for it.
19. Any team found with an over aged player or any manipulation in the documents will be disqualified without any kind of prior intimation.
20. Protest: Any protest, if at all lodged must be done through the accredited Sports in charge/Coach of the team within half an hour of the conclusion of the match along with protest Fee of Rs.1000/-. The protest must be handed over to the organizing team.
21. The organizers have the right to postpone or cancel the tournament/specific category. All schools are requested to co-operate with the organizers. In such a case the registration fee will be refunded.
Note: If the tournament is not completed in the same day, the next day also will be used for the tournament.
