Ramanagara district is home to some of the world’s oldest granite outcrops, that were immortalized in celluloid through memorable films such as ‘Sholay’ and ‘A Passage to India’. The landscape here is rugged and relatively untouched, with rocky hillocks and a smattering of forest and farm land. Our biking routes weave through both the Ramanagara and Magadi taluks and offer several beautiful sights including the Manchinabele reservoir and Savanadurga State Forest.
There will be 2 groups on this tour. One group will complete a 100 km ride (Level 3) and the second will exit to complete ~50 km (Level 2). The Level 3 ride is suitable for seasoned riders and also for those who’ve done one or more of our Level 2 rides (45-60km km) and are confident to try a longer ride. It’s a 95% tarmac route, 5% smooth jeep tracks. The terrain and routes are suitable for any kind of bike.
