enthusiasts.

Come and experience the beauty and grandeur of "The Great Rann of Kutch" with us on a road trip. A trip passing through the salt desert remains of Indus valley civilization, fossil hunting, local kutchi handicrafts, mud- huts and Kutchi traditions.
The journey that starts from Ahmedabad/Gandhidham/Bhachau, takes us through a wildlife sanctuary, a pre-historic archeological wonder, fossil parks, a traditional village, a Pandora of culture and folklore, the great white salt desert and much more.

Itinerary
Date: 10/11/2017: Day 0
- 3AC Train from Mumbai to Gandhidham at 11:45pm from Bandra & 12:15am from Borivali
Date: 11/11/2017: Day 1
- Gandhidham-Chobari (Kutch)-Great Rann (Approx 75 Km) We reach Gandhidham Station at 11:00 am on Day-1 thereafter pick up and transfer to campsite at Chobari village in Kutch which is around 90 mins. After welcome drinks, you can check to your tents or enjoy the camping area. You will be taken to local village tour where you can check lifestyle of local villagers; you will also be taken for bird watching. After this, we now head to the most awaited moment to visit The Great Rann for an amazing Sunset view and be mesmerized with Nature's beauty. You can choose to stay back & catch the awesome view of Rann under the moon. Dinner will be served at the campsite. Enjoy a campfire, local folk music (on demand at extra cost) and experience the wonder of stars in the night. We would like you to sleep on time to wake up early but we bet watching the starlit sky will make it difficult.
Date: 12/11/2017: Day 2
- Campsite-Dholavira- Campsite
After breakfast leave for Dholavira - The site of Indus Valley/Harappan civilization. You will be amazed by the architecture and advanced town planning of this ancient city which is almost 4500 years old and is one of UNESCO World Heritage site. Dholavira is one of the two largest Harappan sites in India & 5th largest Harappan site in the subcontinent. Now the group will move to Fossil Park to check out some ancient fossils and if lucky you will be able to spot Flamingo's also. By evening we will return to the campsite and you are free to roam around, chill and relax. Dinner will be served at the campsite and we can gossip around with stories from various Travelers and share their experiences too.
Date: 13/11/2017: Day 3
- Campsite-Anjar Town-
Gandhidham Station
After breakfast go for nature walk around the camp area. Pack up and check out, then we head to Anjar town which is claimed to be the oldest town in Kutch. Anjar is also well known for shopping items like ethnic clothes, handicrafts, old silver jewelry, nut-crackers, knives, swords, block print items and Bandhani. Anjar has suffered few massive earthquakes and recent one being in Jan 2001 which caused large-scale destruction to lives and homes. Slowly, Anjar town is back on track but lives in the plight of Earthquake trauma that had crippled the entire city. After all this, the group will leave for Gandhidham Railway station to head back home with great memories. Now the time has come to leave Kutch with bountiful of memories, experiences, stories, local food, culture and of course some Crazy new friends.

- 3AC Train from Gandhidham to Mumbai at 05:20 PM that reaches Bandra by 5:15 AM on 14/11/17
