Badminton:
- Participation Fee: Rs. 600/- for Singles and Rs. 1000/- Doubles
Table Tennis:
- Participation Fee: Rs. 600/- for Singles and Rs. 1000/- Doubles

Rules & Regulations for Badminton
- Maximum participation: 32 players(teams) for each category.
- Format: Round Robin League cum Knockout. League within groups of 4 and the top player/team of each group will proceed to play quarter finals. Matches from quarterfinal on wards are knock out matches. League matches are played for one 21 point set and knock out matches are played for best of three 21 point set.
- Medal for all winners and runners up in all categories.
- Event starts from 9 AM onwards (tentatively)
- Standard Badminton rules are followed.
- Yonex Mavis 350 shuttles will be used.
Rules & Regulations for Table Tennis
- Maximum participation: 32 players(teams) for each category.

Matches from quarterfinal on wards are knock out matches. League matches are played for one best of three sets of 11 points and knock out matches are played for best of five sets of 11 point set.
- Medal for all winners and runners up in all categories.
- Event starts from 9 AM onwards (tentatively)
- Standard TT rules are followed.
- Stag Seam Plastic TT balls will be used.
Corporate Championship
- Company will be awarded 2 points and 1 points on every category win and runner up position. Company winning maximum points both Badminton and Table Tennis combined will be declared overall corporate champion.
- Referees and the organizers decision will be binding.
- Organizing team deserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond their control and will be duly communicated.
- Last date to send in entries is Nov 7, 2019
- The team members can be from different companies.
- A valid company email ID is mandatory. And may be company ID card. Sigh!
- An invoice will be shared on request after the tournament day.
- Fixtures & Schedule will be shared at least a day prior to the tournament day.
