Tadiandamol is the one of the highest peaks in Karnataka, situated at an elevation of 1,748 meters above sea level. The third highest peak of Karnataka is in Kodagu district of Karnataka. About 274km from Bangalore, the Tadiandamol peak is the highest peak in Coorg. The Western Ghats has added a charm to the Southern part of India, by providing magnificent mountain peaks to scale, situated amongst natural reserves and surrounded by gushing waterfalls. Tadiandamol derived its name from thadi which means broad and the word Tadiandamol sums up the existence of this peak. The literal meaning of Tadiandamol is the tallest mount or largest base. Tadiandamol has patches of shola forests embracing the nature. Nalaknad Palace is one of the famous landmark of this mountain peak. The monument is situated at the foothill of mountain peak. The mountain peak is one of loved destinations in the Karnataka, where trekkers and naturalists climb the summit to experience one of the beautiful and serene landscapes.
