A badminton league only for the veterans. Sportzify feels that age is just a number and the best way to showcase it through your physical and mental fitness through the sport you like.
Sportzify presents a league exclusively for the veterans (35+ yrs) in Badminton . Spend your day by playing against the best in the business and playing atleast 3 matches.
All the participants who are looking forward to participate must be working in any company.

Categories: 35+ yrs Men’s Singles & 35+ yrs Men’s Doubles
Format:
League + Knockout (Every player/team plays atleast 3 matches)
League matches will be 21 Points and 1 set
Knockout matches will be 30 points and 1 set
Only Finals will be 21 points and 3 sets
Entry Fee
Singles 35+ yrs: Rs 500/ + GST per player
Doubles 35+ yrs: Rs 750/ + GST per team
Prizes
Singles 35+ yrs:
1st Prize: Rs 2500 + Trophy + Medal + Certificate
2nd Prize: Rs 1500 + Trophy + Medal + Certificate
3rd Prize: Trophy + Certificate
4th Prize: Trophy + Certificate
Doubles 35+ yrs:
1st Prize: Rs 3000 + Trophy + Medal + Certificate
2nd Prize: Rs 2000 + Trophy + Medal + Certificate
3rd Prize:Trophy + Certificate
4th Prize: Trophy + Certificate
Registration process
You need to register online only.
Last date to register is 10th Jan, Wednesday by 11PM
There will not be any on spot registration
No other mode apart from online registration will be accepted.
Other details
Fixture and match timings will be sent to your registered email id by 12th Jan, Friday 5PM.
After the league matches only 1 player or team (group topper) will qualify for the next round of knockout matches.
Kindly report 15mins before the match timings
Anyone reporting after 5mins of their match timings will be disqualified without refund of entry fees.
If you are registering for more than one player, kindly enter the name of the other player with their complete details as well.
If you are not working somewhere then you are not allowed to participate. A player can be working anywhere. They can be under any profession.
Under the doubles category, players teaming up can be working in different companies as well.
Both the doubles players shall qualify for the age limit
All the players are requested to carry their age proofs when they come for their matches.
Players who fail to produce their age proof will be disqualified without refund of entry fees
Under any misconduct the organiser and the match official hold the right to disqualify any team or player for misconduct. There will be no refund of entry fees in this case.
All players are informed to wear non marking shoes.
Cash prizes will be given in the form of cheque.
Any refund can take place only before 10th Jan 5PM with a deduction 10% of registration fees. It will take 7 working days to refund the amount.
