Now, you don’t have to think twice before making a booking anymore. Why why? What’s all this about? Easy-Peasy, quick and absolutely hassle-free…PLAYO presents you with the “Easy Rescheduling” feature, which means you needn’t stay on long calls to get your bookings done, undone or redone – save your vocal chords for some on-field Haka instead!

Once you have done the booking, you can get on the app and use the Reschedule option to push your booking to another desired timing, without any cancellation penalties applicable.

How can you reschedule?

Open your Booking ticket on the app
>> Tap on it to get “Reschedule” option
>> Tap on “Reschedule”
>> Enter your “Date” & “Time” and proceed

Other things to be noted in the “Reschedule” feature

If there is no difference between the rescheduled amount and previous amount, then the booking will be confirmed right away, without any extra cost.
If there is a difference between the rescheduled amount and previous amount, the required amount has to be paid to proceed further. If there is a negative difference, we refund it!
You can reschedule apples for apples only - so same duration, same sports and the same club only!

As all good things come in moderation, so does rescheduling. Do check the Rescheduling T&Cs which vary from club to club. You will find them extremely palatable and fair.
