Terms and Conditions: Playo Vouchers issued by Pine Labs
These terms and conditions apply to Playo Vouchers (Vouchers) issued by Pine Labs Limited, (“Pine Labs”) under the brand name of Pine Labs and co-branded with Techmash Solutions Private Limited (Techmash). Pine Labs is a public limited company organized under the laws of India, and is the issuer of the Vouchers. You may purchase the Vouchers through various options available on www.playo.co and corresponding mobile site and mobile application (“Playo”), and also use the Vouchers provided to you by third parties in the manner provided hereunder. By purchasing or using the Vouchers, you are agreeing to and accepting these terms and conditions.
Redemption: Vouchers may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible services and products on Playo. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Vouchers balance. Any unused Vouchers balance will remain associated with the redeemers Vouchers balance account and applied to purchases, in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemers Vouchers balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card, net banking or debit card. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Vouchers.
Limitations: Vouchers, including any unused Vouchers balances, expire one year from the date of purchase of the Vouchers for any Vouchers purchased on Playo, unless defined otherwise in a mutual confirmation between Techmash and the purchaser. For purchase of Vouchers on third party merchants, the expiration period may vary based on the terms set by the third-party merchant from whom you have made the purchase of the Vouchers. Vouchers, once purchased, cannot be cancelled by the purchaser.
Fraud: Pine Labs and Techmash are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Once the Voucher has been sent to you or shared by you to another recipient, you and the recipient are bound to protect the Voucher code as confidential. In the event of any misuse of the Voucher code due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser or the recipient, Techmash and Pine Labs shall not be responsible for the same, and no refund will be issued.
Pine Labs and Techmash reserve the right to change these Voucher terms and conditions from time to time at their discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
