Dhyana Dubai is one of the Best Yoga Studio and Pilates Classes in Dubai. We offer
Pilates Reformer, Hatha yoga, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and more yoga and
meditation classes. Dhyana Dubai, located in the heart of Business Bay and its
surround by Jumeirah, Downtown areas.

Semi-Private Pilates Classes
Semi-Private Pilates lessons are perfect for couples or friends that want more
individualized attention than a group class environment could offer, and have
specific goals and objectives for training. Semi-Private lessons are scheduled at
your convenience and offer additional savings over Private training. These sessions
are a great way to give and receive encouragement from your partner. Semi-Private
training sessions are performed on reformers/towers, Stability Chairs and are
enhanced with a variety of other small props like, resistance bands, stability balls,
fitness circles and free weights to create variety and challenge.
Group Pilates Classes
Group classes are ideal for clients that have some pilates experience. For the safety
of our clients, we require those who have never done pilates before to take at least
3-5private sessions to get familiar with using the equipment in the studio and learn
the basic pilates moves. We offer a wide range of classes based on the focus and
level or the class: beginner and intermediate classes, classes open for all levels,
classes that focus on glutes, arms & abs, prenatal classes, classical pilates, pilates
flow mat and reformers classes.
Dhyana studio equipped with reformers and towers, wunda Pilates chairs, spine
correctors and a wide variety of props like: fitness circles, light weighted, free
weights, flex bands and resistance bands for the buddy and legs, all the props make
the classes really fun and challenging!!
Our instructors will focus on working on specific areas like upper body, lower body,
trunk and spine, and target specific muscles till the appropriate challenge is
achieved!! The group classes are small which gives the instructors the ability to
correct form and pay undivided attention to all clients in the class.

200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
This 200-hour program provides everything you need to achieve knowledge in yoga
philosophy, specified functional anatomy, wisdom, mantras, meditation techniques,
pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, posture alignment, advanced practices of
backbends, inversions and flow, yoga props, detailed study of Patanjali Yoga sutras,
purification, cleansing, nutrition, health management, principles with the
methodology of teaching, yoga professional guidelines, classroom ethics and learn
how to share the gift of yoga with teaching.
This training is intensive. Every day you are challenged in a safe environment. You
develop strength, flexibility, mobility, and inner vigor at a very rapid pace. Within a
few weeks, you start feeling transformed and find yourself doing things that were
once only future goals. Irrespective of the intense nature of our course, we
advocate gentleness and injury-free practice.
In our training, we provide an environment which promises to give you a series of
experience that is empowering, invigorating, purifying, healing, and calming. This
time you spend in your training acts as a mutation period of your consciousness,
which results in building a more positive perspective about life and all that is.
