Punctuality: Participants should arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and to secure their spot. Latecomers may miss the critical warm-up phase, increasing injury risk.

Appropriate Footwear: Non-marking dance sneakers or cross-trainers are highly recommended. Avoid running shoes with heavy treads, as they can hinder side-to-side movement and pivots.

Dress Code: Wear comfortable, breathable athletic attire. Hair should be tied back for safety and comfort.

Hydration & Hygiene: Participants must bring their own water bottle and a small towel. Please maintain personal hygiene out of respect for others in the group.

Health Safety: If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (cardiovascular, joint, or respiratory issues) or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before participating. Notify the instructor of any injuries before class begins.
