Badminton:
- Non Marking Shoes compulsory for Badminton. Shoes must be worn after entering the facility.
- No cancellation or rescheduling allowed.
- Barefoot play is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum of 4 members per booking per badminton court is admissible.

Swimming - All Weather Pools:
- Swimming attire is compulsory.
- Swimming caps are mandatory.
- Please shower before entering into the pool.
- Age restriction: 15+ mandatory.
- Diving is not allowed.
- All instructions at the pool has to be followed.
- No coaching will be provided during the session.
- Facility reserves the right to deny entry to the user.
This is to formally inform you that users below 18 years of age are not permitted to access or book any Fitso or Cult facilities via the Playo platform.
Please note that Cult reserves the full right to deny or stop access at any of its centres if a user is found to be under 18, irrespective of booking status. No exceptions will be allowed at the venue level.
