Important points to consider
• Outside Food is strictly prohibited in the venue premises.
• The Patron (in who’s the booking is made) has to report at the facility, five minutes prior to the booking time (extra time wouldn’t be adjusted).
• The Patron (in who’s the booking is made) should make the balance payment prior to the play. • Given the circumstances, any booking made could be allowed to reschedule for an allowed period of time (subject to Facility terms & conditions).
• Cancellation of the booking made, could lead to having the conveyance charges deducted at rate of 5% (subject to Playo terms and conditions).
• In case of rains, bookings cannot be cancelled, however it can be rescheduled after confirmation from the venue's management
• Please make sure that you follow the guidelines of the Venue, Contact Facilities Manager.
• Taekwondo and Yoga & Fitness studio is available at the facility
• Sanitizers is available at the facility please sanitize before entering into the ground
• Smoking or Drinking wouldn’t be allowed, post or prior consumption of alcohol (If found, would be prosecuted)
• Please be known that the Arena is under CCTV surveillance.
• Keep the premises clean, littering around wouldn’t be allowed.
• Stratos Tightend Arena is been maintained regularly by sanitizing, please be sanitizing your hands when you enter the premises with your Mask On.
Important points to consider for Box cricket -
• One Hard Tennis ball would be provided (Box/Circle Cricket only) Extra Balls has to be purchased.
• A total of 22 members would be allowed into the Box Cricket/Football.

Important points to consider for Circle Cricket
• One Hard Tennis ball would be provided (Box/Circle Cricket only) Extra Balls has to be purchased.
• A total of 22 members would be allowed into the Circle Cricket.

Important points to consider for Badminton -
• A Total of 6 members are allowed inside the Badminton Court (with Badminton Synthetic shoes).
• Badminton Racquets and Shuttles are provided at rent or may purchase subject to availability.

Important points to consider for Practice Nets -
• A Total of 6 members allowed inside for Practice Nets.
• Cricket Kits and Gear are Patrons Responsibility. Without gear, Patron wouldn’t be allowed inside the Nets to play with Glaze balls.

Important points to consider for Basketball -
• A maximum of one Basketball is provided for booking, you may carry your own if wanted.
• A total of 16 members would be allowed into the Basketball Court (with Basketball Synthetic shoes).

Important points to consider for Volleyball -
• A maximum of one Volleyball is provided for booking, you may carry your own if wanted.
• A total of 16 members would be allowed into the Volleyball Court (with Volleyball Synthetic shoes)


Important:
1). Badminton Outdoor court, no bats and shuttles will be provided.
2). Bowling Machine: Only Synthetic balls are provided.
3). Cricket Nets: No bats and Balls are provided.
4). Please Mention the dimensions of the Box cricket as 100*80
