Important Rules & Guidelines:

Bookings & Events:
- Tournaments, Corporate Events, Personal Events, or Group Gatherings Are Not Allowed Via Playo Booking.
- Even If Booked Online, Prior Approval From Elohim Management Is Mandatory.

Court Usage:
- Only 5 - 6 People Per Court Are Allowed.
- An Additional Charge of ₹50 Per Extra Person Will Be Applied.
- No Play Is Allowed On Closed Or Non-booked Courts.
- Only Players And Officials Are Allowed In The Court Area.

Footwear & Attire:
- Non-marking Badminton Court Shoes Are Mandatory.
- Socks Are Mandatory For Rented Shoes.

Rental Equipment:
- Non-marking Court Shoes: ₹40 Per Hour
- Rackets: ₹50 Per Hour.
- Socks, Shuttles, and Grips Are Also Available For Purchase.

Facility Hours:
Open From 5:00 AM to 11:00 Pm.

Time Policy:
- Players Must Be On Time And Exit On Time.
- Late Arrivals Will Not Receive Extra Play Time.

Food & Beverages:
- Outside Food Or Beverages Are Not Allowed.
- Only Water Is Permitted.
- Prohibited Substances
- No Smoking, Gutka, Pan Masala, Tobacco, Or Spitting On The Premises.

Damage Policy:
- Any Damage To Courts Or Equipment Will Not Be Tolerated.
Pets:
Pets Are Strictly Not Allowed On The Premises.

Facility Misuse:
Misuse Of Any Facility May Lead To Cancellation Of Bookings.

Entry & Reservation Rights:
Elohim Reserves The Right To Refuse Entry Or Cancel Bookings At Its Discretion.
Liability:
Management Is Not Responsible For Loss, Theft, Or Damage To Personal Belongings.
All Users Play At Their Own Risk.
Elohim Is Not Liable For Personal Injuries Or Fatal Incidents.
Parking Is Available On A First-come, First-served Basis.

Badminton:
- Badminton Non-Marking Shoes are compulsory. Shoes must be worn after entering the facility.
- Sports equipment available for rent: Rackets, Shoes.
- Socks are compulsory for rented shoes. Please carry your own.
- Barefoot play is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum of 4 members per booking per badminton court is admissible.
