IMPORTANT:
- No Tournament or Corporate/Personal Events/Group Gathering will be allowed to Host On Playo Booking. (In case booked online, Still Prior Approval is Mandatory from SportzHive Management)
- Badminton Non-Marking Shoes are Mandatory.
- Only 4-5 People Per Court Allowed. (Additional charge of ₹50/- will be applicable for additional persons)


Facility Hours.
- Open from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Be On-Time & Exit On-Time:
- Late arrivals will not receive additional play time..
Court Access:
- Only players and officials are allowed in the court area..
Footwear & Attire:
- Non-marking court shoes are mandatory.
- Rental shoes: ₹50 per hour (own socks required)..
Rental Equipment:
- Non-marking court shoes: ₹50 per hour (own socks required).
- Rackets: ₹50 per hour.
Food & Beverages:
- Outside food or beverages are not allowed. Only water is permitted.
Prohibited Substances:
- No smoking, gutka, pan masala, tobacco, or spitting on the premises.
Damage Policy:
- Any damage to courts or equipment will not be tolerated.
Pets:
- Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises.
Court Usage:
- No play is allowed on closed or non-booked courts.
Facility Misuse:
- Misuse of any facility may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
Entry & Reservation Rights:
- SportzHive reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
Liability & Personal Belongings:
- Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- All users play at their own risk. SportzHive is not liable for personal injuries or fatal incidents.
