- Coaching is prohibited after booking the venue for hourly access.
- No smoking, drugs, and alcohol.
- Signing of waiver form is compulsory before entering the pool.

Swimming:
- Swim in a large, covered, half-Olympic-sized pool that is always temperature controlled.
- The Pool Depth is 4 feet.
- Swimming attire is compulsory.
- Swimming caps are mandatory.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
