RULES & REGULATIONS:
Important Information:
- Only 4 People Per Courts Allowed. (Additional charge of ₹50/- will be applicable for additional persons)
- No Tournament or Corporate/Personal Events will be allowed to Host through a Playo Booking. (Prior Approval is Mandatory HWSC Management through the corporate enquiry option)
- Badminton Non Marking Shoes is Mandatory
- Facility Hours: We open at 5 AM and close at 12 AM; Be On-Time & Exit On-Time: Late arrivals will not receive additional play time.
- Only Players & Officials are allowed onto the court area.
- Footwear & Attire: Non-marking court shoes only (rental shoes ₹50/hr (own socks mandatory)
- Rental Equipment: Non Marking Court Shoes: ₹50 per hour (own socks mandatory), Rackets: ₹50 per hour. (You Break it You Own it) ₹1500/- per racket If Broken.
- No Outside Food or Beverages on court premises (water only).
- No Smoking, Gutka, Pan Masala, Tobacco or spitting anywhere on the premises.
- Damage to courts or equipment will be Chargeable.
- No Pets allowed on the premises.
- No Play on closed or non-booked courts.
- Misuse of any facility may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
- Entry & Reservation Rights: HWSC reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.
- Liability & Personal Belongings: Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
- All users play entirely at their own risk. HWSC is not liable for any personal injury or fatal incidents. You can purchase insurance at checkout for your game session.
Badminton:
- Badminton Non-Marking Shoes are compulsory for Badminton. Shoes must be worn after entering the facility.
- Sports equipment is available for rent: Rackets and shoes.
- Socks are compulsory for rented shoes. Please carry your own.
- Barefoot play is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum of 4 members per booking per badminton court is admissible.
Swimming:
- Swimming attire is compulsory.
- Swimming caps are mandatory.
- Please shower before entering the pool.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Follow the instructions of the lifeguard on duty.
- The pool depth may vary; please check the markings.
Pickleball:
- Non-marking shoes are compulsory for pickleball. Shoes must be worn upon entering the facility.
- Sports equipment available for rent: Paddles, Balls.
- Socks are compulsory for rented shoes. Please bring your own.
- Barefoot play is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum of 4 members per booking per pickleball court is allowed.
Cricket Nets:
- Sports attire is recommended.
- Outside balls are allowed.
- A maximum of 6 members per booking per cricket net are allowed.
- Please be cautious of other players in the nets.
